I have been studying martial arts for over 11 years. I am a 2nd dan in Tae Kwon Do and also study Hapkido. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Martial Science degree in Martial Arts and Korean studies. I truly enjoy learning and love to share what I have learned with our students. Fitness and health are a passion of mine and I believe that the health of mind, body and spirit are esential.
